The post-export card offers "Enrich 247 rows". It is a second, separate click — never a checkbox pre-ticked inside the export.

Why FullEnrich and not your own data?

Because building an email waterfall is a different company. FullEnrich already queries 15+ providers in sequence and returns the first verified hit. We resell it at their public rate rather than pretending we have a database.

Is it cheaper to go direct to FullEnrich?

No — you pay the same per credit. The difference is that FullEnrich sells monthly plans; through Listful it is a one-time top-up with no subscription, and the credits never expire.

Does enrichment change the free tier?

Not at all. CSV export stays free of row credits across supported surfaces, with fair-use pacing. No account required. If you never top up, Listful behaves exactly as it did before.

What happens to a row that can't be enriched?

It comes back in the CSV with empty enrichment columns and a status of no_match. Zero credits deducted. Roughly 55–70% of B2B work emails resolve, lower for personal addresses and mobiles.

Do I need an account to enrich?

Yes — a balance has to belong to someone. Magic-link sign-in, same as webhooks. The export half still works signed out.

Can I refund an unused balance?

Yes, within 60 days, minus credits already spent. Email support and we process it manually.
