Enrichment

Listful sells enrichment separately from export. You are not charged per CSV row. You pay when a contact is actually found.

The model

  • CSV export is free, with no row credits and no account required.
  • Optional emails and mobiles are billed per hit. No subscription minimum.
  • Credits do not expire on the published pricing.

Credits

  • 1 credit — work email found.
  • 3 credits — personal email found.
  • 10 credits — mobile phone found.

A miss returns empty enrichment columns and deducts zero credits. You are never charged for attempts that find nothing.

How it relates to export

An export job returns the LinkedIn-visible columns documented in CSV columns. Enrichment is a separate pass on those rows. You do not need enrichment for webhooks — the webhook fires the export rows as they were assembled.

LinkedIn session

Enrichment uses the LinkedIn result rows included in your export, not your LinkedIn authentication data. Your session stays in the browser while Listful processes exported result content on its servers. Details: Session identity and /privacy.
