What is Listful?
A Chrome extension that exports people from supported LinkedIn list pages to CSV (and optionally a webhook). CSV export is free.
Is CSV export free?
Yes. CSV for supported surfaces with no per-row credits. Fair-use pacing and pagination ceilings apply. Optional enrichment (emails/phones) is billed separately per contact found.
Do I need an account?
No for CSV download. Sign-in is only for webhooks and settings attached to your email.

Which browsers are supported?
Desktop Chromium: Chrome 119+, Brave, Arc, or Edge. Not Firefox, Safari, or mobile browsers.
Does Listful work on Firefox or Safari?
No. Use a Chromium desktop browser: Chrome, Brave, Arc, or Edge.
Can I use Listful on mobile?
You can browse the site on mobile. The extension only installs on desktop Chromium — use /m to email yourself a link.
Does Listful work in Incognito?
Only if you allow the extension in Incognito and LinkedIn is signed in there. Prefer a normal profile with LinkedIn and Listful together.
Must LinkedIn and Listful share the same Chrome profile?
Yes. A different Chrome profile is a different extension instance and a different LinkedIn session.
What permissions does the extension ask for?
Cookies, storage, alarms, downloads, and host access to linkedin.com plus Listful’s API. Cookie values stay in the browser. See Session identity and Privacy.
Surfaces
Does Listful support LinkedIn Recruiter?
No. Recruiter UIs are out of scope. Use people search, Sales Nav people search, or other supported surfaces.
Which LinkedIn pages can I export?
People search, Sales Navigator leads, post likers, post commenters, group members, company/school people tabs, connections, and event attendees.
How do I export LinkedIn people search?
Open /search/results/people with your filters applied, then Export in the side panel.
How do I export post likers / reactions?
Open a post permalink (/posts/… or /feed/update/…) or paste a post link, choose Likers, then Export. Separate from Commenters.
How do I export post commenters?
Open the same post permalink (or paste a post link), choose Commenters, then Export. CSV includes comment_body.
Can I export LinkedIn group members?
Yes — open /groups/{id}/ or the members tab. Columns include membership_status and joined_at when present.
Can I export company employees?
Yes — open the People tab: /company|school|showcase/{slug}/people/. Not the company home or posts feed.
Can I export my connections?
Yes — open /mynetwork/invite-connect/connections/. Includes connected_at when LinkedIn returns it.
Can I export event attendees?
Yes when you are attending and the URL has a 19-digit event id (or eventAttending=). Some events hide the list. A generic /events/ page without an id will not work.
Does Listful read or send LinkedIn messages?
No. Exports are read-only list pagination. We never message, connect, or post on your behalf.
Do Sales Navigator saved lists work?
Only if they open as /sales/search/people with a query in the address bar. Account/company lists that are not people search are out of scope.
Limits
Are there row limits on CSV export?
Listful has per-surface pagination ceilings; LinkedIn often stops earlier. There is no credit gate on CSV rows. See Limits.
How many people search results can I export?
Listful paginates up to 1,000 (10×100). LinkedIn classic search often truncates near ~1,000.
How many post likers can I export?
Listful ceiling is 3,000 (30×100), subject to what LinkedIn returns.
How many company employees can I export?
Listful and typical LinkedIn company people tabs stop around 1,000.
How many connections can I export?
Listful paginates up to 30,000. Effective rows follow your 1st-degree list and LinkedIn’s responses.
Why is my CSV shorter than LinkedIn’s count?
We export what the API returns and dedupe by profile URN. LinkedIn often truncates lists. We do not invent rows.
What happens if I hit a rate limit?
Wait and retry. We jitter between calls. Hammering reload does not help. See Troubleshooting.
CSV
What columns are in the CSV?
Core: profile_url, full_name, headline, location. Comments add comment_body; connections add connected_at; groups add membership_status and joined_at.
Why does the homepage demo show more columns than my download?
The demo is illustrative. The download matches the CSV docs: fields from the list response, not emails or a full profile.
How do I open the CSV in Excel without mojibake?
The file is UTF-8. In Excel, use Data → From Text/CSV and choose UTF-8, or import via Google Sheets.
How does deduplication work?
Rows are collapsed by LinkedIn profile URN (or equivalent). Duplicate profiles in one job become one row.
Is reaction type (like, celebrate) in the CSV?
No. Post likers export the common profile columns only.
Enrichment
How does enrichment pricing work?
Pay per contact found: 1 credit work email, 3 personal email, 10 mobile. Misses cost $0. CSV export stays free.
Do I pay if enrichment finds nothing?
No. A miss returns empty enrichment columns and deducts zero credits.
Do enrichment credits expire?
No expiry on the published pricing. Top up when you need them.
Account
How do webhooks work?
Sign in, save an HTTPS URL and secret in /settings, test delivery. Each finished export POSTs the same rows as the CSV.
Are failed webhooks retried?
Today delivery is a single immediate POST. Scheduled retries are documented as the target, not live yet.
Privacy
Will my LinkedIn account get flagged?
We pace requests through your own session. Nothing that talks to LinkedIn this way is risk-free. We never message or connect for you.
How long does Listful keep LinkedIn responses?
LinkedIn responses are deleted within 24 hours after an export finishes (if you pause an export, they are kept until you resume it, and deleted 26 hours after its last activity if you don't). Parsed rows and the CSV are deleted after 24 hours without an account, 7 days with one. People in a list are deleted 7 days after they were last seen in an export added to it.
How do I stop session identity reporting?
Uninstall Listful. Signing out of LinkedIn also prevents exports until you sign in again. Email support to request deletion of retained account data.

How is Listful different from Wiza, Evaboot, or Apollo?
They often charge for the export and bundle enrichment. We give CSV away and sell enrichment separately. Full matrix on the Compare pages.
Troubleshooting
Why is there no export button on the page?
Confirm a supported URL, desktop LinkedIn, extension enabled for this profile, then reload. See Troubleshooting.
Sales Nav export says invalid URL / needs a query
Apply a keyword or filter so the address bar includes query= or #query=, then retry.
Why can’t I export from a company posts feed?
Open a single post permalink (/posts/… or /feed/update/…) that exposes an activity id — not only the feed listing.
Why is there no export on the company home page?
Use the People tab URL ending in /people/, not the company overview.
Webhook did not fire
Sign in, save URL + secret, link the extension, use the test button. CSV still downloads either way.
How do I contact support?
Ask docs (sidebar Ask or ⌘K → Ask) first, then email or /contact. Include browser version, extension version, and URL pattern — never cookies.
