First export

CSV export does not require an account. Sign-in is only for webhooks and other optional settings.

Steps

    Open a supported LinkedIn page

    People search, Sales Navigator people search, a post permalink, a group, a company people tab, your connections, or an event. Full list: Supported surfaces.
  2. 02

    Find the export control

    Listful injects an export control into the page chrome (idle until you start). The toolbar popup is status only — the export UI is the in-page overlay, not a popup window.
  3. 03

    Accept consent on the first run

    The first export explains server-side result processing. Read /privacy before you continue. Uninstall or sign out of LinkedIn to revoke.
  4. 04

    Wait for the download

    The overlay moves idle → exporting → done. Your browser downloads a CSV. Duplicate profiles are collapsed by LinkedIn profile URN.

The overlay

Chrome popups close when they lose focus and cap around 360×500. The export progress lives on the LinkedIn page itself so you can watch pagination finish. Esc closes the overlay. Enter triggers the primary action when focused.

First-run consent

LinkedIn results are processed on Listful's servers to build your CSV. Your LinkedIn session stays in your browser. We never send connection requests, messages, or posts on your behalf.

After the CSV

Columns depend on the surface — see CSV columns. To POST the same rows to your own endpoint, sign in and configure a webhook.
